Give peace a chance and spread the hope of world peace by knitting this colorful hat. The hat can be knit in 3 sizes, 18 months thru 4 years, 4 years thru small adult, and medium thru large adult.
Materials :
Noro Kureyon (110 yds/50 g) – 1 skein Main Color (MC) or any worsted yarn to achieve gauge.
O-Wool Classic (198 yds/100 g) – 1 skein Contrast Color (CC), or any worsted yarn to achieve gauge, you will use 50 yds or less.
♥ Needles – For Small you will need one 16” 4.25 mm (#6 US) circular needle, and one set of 4 or 5 double point needles (DPN) in same size, or appropriate size to achieve gauge.
For Medium you will need one 16” 4.25mm (#6 US) and one 16” 4.50mm (#7 US) circular needles, and one set of 4 or 5 DPN’s in #7 US, or appropriate size to achieve gauge.
For Large you will need one 16” 4.50 (#7 US) and one 16” 5.00mm (#8 US) circular needles, and one set of 4 or 5 DPN’s in #8 US, or appropriate size to achieve gauge.

Size : Small ~ 19-20” head circumference, using 4.25mm (#6 US) needles throughout.
Medium ~ 21-22” head circumference, using 4.25mm (#6 US) needles for rib, changing to 4.50mm (#7 US) needles for body of hat.
Large ~ 23-24” head circumference, using 4.50mm (#7 US) needles for rib, changing to 5.00mm (#8 US) needles for body of hat.
Gauge :
Small ~ 22 sts per 4” in Stst using size 4.25 mm (#6 US) needles, or size to achieve gauge.
Medium ~ 20 sts per 4” in Stst using 4.50 mm (#7 US) needles, or size to achieve gauge.
Large ~ 18 sts per 4” in Stst using 5.00mm (#8 US) needles, or size to achieve gauge.
