Spiderman was a boy once, and so was his heroine. Here is a hat for the young heroes and heroines in everyone! It has simple instructions for 2 designs, 2 colorful charts, as well as 2 sizes in worsted weight yarn. I hope you enjoy knitting these hats and that they bring love and acts of heroism to the wearer.
Materials:
Lamb’s Pride Superwash (200 yds/100 g) – 1 skein Main Color (MC), 1 skein Contrast Color (CC), or other worsted yarn to achieve gauge.
♥ Needles ~ For smaller size you will need one 16” 4.25 mm (#6 US) circular needle, and one set of 4 or 5 double point needles (DPN) in same size, or appropriate size to achieve gauge.
~ For larger size you will need two 16” circulars needles in 4.25mm (#6 US) and 4.50mm (#7 US), and one set of 4 or 5 DPN’s in #7US, or appropriate size to achieve gauge.

Gauge :
For smaller size, 22 sts and 26 rnds per 4” in Stst using size 4.25 mm (#6 US) needles, or size to achieve gauge.
For larger size, 20 sts and 24 rnds per 4” in StSt using 4.50 mm (#7 US) needles, or size to achieve gauge.
Size :
18 months thru 4 years using 4.25mm (#6 US) needles throughout.
4 years thru small adult using 4.25mm (#6 US) needles for rib, changing to 4.50 mm (#7 US) for body of hat.
