Gauge:
Pattern Stitch: 5¾ sts per inch, 9 rows per inch on US 5.
Stockinette Stitch: 6 sts per inch, 8 rows per inch on US 5.
Border Stitch: 6½ sts per inch, 14 rows per inch on US 3.
This sweater knits on smaller needles than is customary for this weight yarn. The tighter gauge results in a better fitting,longer lasting garment. A Mari Sweater fits and it flatters.
