Gauge: St st: 4¾ st = 1 in; 6½ rows = 1 in on US 6. Pattern st: 4¾ st = 1 in; 7 rows = 1 in on US 6.
This sweater knits on smaller needles than is customary for this weight yarn. The tighter gauge results in a better fitting,longer lasting garment. A Mari Sweater fits and it flatters.
