Materials: Worsted weight yarn, approx 180 yds/100 gm skein. 1 set each #4 and #7 needles. 2 double pointed needles and some st holders. 4 buttons. Crochet hook size E or F.
Gauge: Pattern st: 6 st/in and 7½ rows/in on #7 needles. Stockinette St: 5 st/in, 6 rows/in on #7 needles.
This sweater knits on smaller needles than is customary for this weight yarn. The tighter gauge results in a better fitting,longer lasting garment. A Mari Sweater fits and it flatters.
