FT213 Braided Cable Tea Cozy

Adapted from a design in British Tea Cosies, a limited release,by Amelia Carlson.
Sizes: To fit 2 (4, 6) cup tea pots.

Yarn Requirements: 100 (140, 175) yards, (91 (128, 160) meters) of worsted weight yarn.
Use a firm, smooth yarn that will allow the texture of the cables to be highlighted.

Needles: US size 7 (4.5 mm) straight needles, or size needed to obtain gauge. Two double pointed needles in the same size.

Gauge: 20 sts = 4″ (10 cm) in stockinette stitch.  32 sts = 4″ (10 cm) in pattern stitch.
