Jupiter, the fifth planet from the sun, is the largest planet in our solar system. Dozens of moons orbit it. Himalia is Jupiter’s fifth largest moon. It is also the largest member of the Himalia satellite group, which is thought to be the remains of a large asteroid. Sweater is worked in two pieces, from the hem up. Front and back are worked separately, then seamed. Sleeves are worked as part of the body. Cables are used to shape the waist without increases or decreases.
Yarn: sport weight 675, 800, 975 [1050, 1175, 1300, 1375] yards.
Gauge: 24 sts and 30 rows to 4 in (10 cm) in Body stitch.
Needles: US 8 (5 mm), or size required for gauge, and US 7 (4.5 mm).
Finished size: 28, 32, 36 [40, 44, 48, 52] in; 71.1, 81.3, 91.4 [101.6, 111.8, 121.9, 132.1] cm.
